The idea is an admin page that combines the timelines of every user into one webpage, maybe with some options like filtering types of actions so that you only see comments, logins, etc.
The point is so that it's easier to tell what's going on in the site. For example, multiple times users have run into a user circumventing a ban, and instead of informing an admin, they take it up themselves to "fight" the banned member (which is counterproductive in my opinion), and the admins may only find out about it hours later because it typically takes place in profile comments.
This webpage would make it easier to observe unusual activity without intruding on any information that is not already available. Everyone has a timeline, and any profile admin can read any timeline.
Of course, it would need to be paged (as in splitting it up with next/previous buttons), maybe 1 page per 50 actions?
