As of right now, timezone changes are only reflected in time listings after logging in with a new session (or logging ot and in). This is rather unintuitive since the "save" button should do just that: save the settings so they don't need to be changed elsewhere, elsehow.
I think all that needs to happen is a SQL query or smart coding followed by a change in variable, so not too hard.
