Help Desk Request - How do I post blogs?

I just came back to this website after rekindling my interest for my DSi. I couldn't get in to my previous admin account so I was forced to create a new one, only to realize I don't know what I'm doing. Can you please help?

I believe there's a button for that at the bottom of the blogs menu (which is on the homepage)
You can also manage your blogs via My Zone (tap your avatar at the top to access that)
