Help Desk Request - Can’t reset my password.

Hi! I used to use 3dspaint a ton way back when, and I wanted to log back in after a few years to go down memory lane. Unfortunately, though, I can’t seem to reset my password no matter what — I’ve tried multiple times and had no luck. I don’t think I’m going to remember it, either, unless I get lucky, so would I be able to get some help with this? I would really appreciate it!

My old username was ‘pokefangurl8’. (Yeah, I know.)
