hey so im looking EVERYWHERE but i cant find any button to send friend requests can someone please help me out

You might have to be verified.

Also, to request to be someone's friend, just click the big "REQUEST" link next to "FRIEND" on their profile. Should send a friend request.
Make sure to only click it once, as clicking it multiple times may bug the system.
