There is a bunch of errors around the site, but here's one that is still on the site as a visual bug.
Just above the hullbreach notice you may have something like:
Warning: include(includes/footer.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/users/hullbreach-studios/apps/three-ds-paint/public/my/pages.php on line 117

Oh wow, didn't notice that. If you highlight the text at the bottom of the page of /member/page.php?id=140519&page=5187, you'll notice some error messages that Jinx is mentioning.
Just a visual error, though, like you said.
