Help Desk Request - Receive notifications for HDs that are under your ownership

(This is mainly a QOL thing)
As of now, there are two ways to get a notification from a comment under a Helpdesk post:
- Be the owner/author of the post, or
- Be pinged in the comment
As someone who is working a lot more on these HD posts, I would like to also get notifications if I am the one working on the issue. This'll make it easy to keep tabs on things as things change
