I was thinking about a theme selector, and it seems to be completely possible with CSS, so instead of being the same paint everywhere except the few profiles and groups, we get the option to either code (with some objects unable to be changed) or select a few included themes so we get a bit more customizability than Dark Mode and Backgrounds

Here's things that should be customized
* Logo
* Any button (with a toggle for old graphics)
* Headers
* Buttons
* Polls
* Blog Ratings
* Some games
* Textboxes
* Text
* Badges

Delete any instances of CSS deleting or sizing a object too low unless the object is fine to delete/resize to something tiny

Here's things that should NOT be customized
* Settings
* Most groups
* Most profiles
