Polls having the option to have either the standard multiple choice or an input box so that anyone can type anything and that will be added to the poll and other people can vote for what was inputted as well
Groups having admins in themselves not like groupmins but like the owner of the group can add the so that other people can make pages and css changes and delete messages and stuff in their groups
Polls *may* get the feature, similar to Discords system, but I don't think a text box is a good idea since someone can spam different answers or manipulate it
Groups kind of already have a admin system, as you said
