No, I wasn't. I'm trying to get some sleep since Kade is coming over tomorrow and I have things I need to do before then. Just woke up and couldn't fall back asleep, so I came here to respond.

Yeah, although it is sad when the people who are making us feel that way are people who (normally) make you feel good about yourself, like what’s happening to me now.
(Thankfully I have other friends like you who don’t give up on me so easily, though.)

Thank you, and you’re absolutely right, giving up is not the answer.

The road ahead will definitely be hard, but whatever lies at the end of it has to be better than where I’m at now, and if I give up now, I’ll never get to see it.
(And IK that Mom wouldn’t have wanted that.)
