This is all of the code that Mimi and Banjo did for my profile, as well as as few minor modifications that I made to it myself:

This is also almost identical to the CSS for my æµæ˜Ÿã®æ°‘ group, BTW.

I just copied the CSS from my profile, made a few minor adjustments to make it better for a group (such as not leaving the shoutbox with a clear background), and then pasted it in.
(I reuse Mimi's and Banjo's CSS a lot, lol!)

I just added that exact line of code (and nothing else) to this blog of mine, and it seems to work there...

Are you trying to add it to a profile, a group, or a blog?

If you're adding it to a profile or a group, make sure to add it to the box marked "Styling" (for profiles) or "CSS" (for groups), but if you're trying to add it to a blog, you do it like this:

[Style]h1:before, h1:after{content:url(https://i.imgur.com/icXqXEC.gif);}[/Style ]
(Only I don't put a space between the /Style part and the ] when I do it for real.)

@banjo2 and @Gemini Guardian (the latter of whom is no longer on Paint) helped code it for me, and I believe that this is the portion of the CSS that does it:

h1:before, h1:after{content:url(https://i.imgur.com/icXqXEC.gif);}

It used to be spinning PokÃ© Balls (which Mimi made for me), but then Banjo helped me to shrink down an animated image of a spinning Rising Badge for me, and I replaced thespinning PokÃ© Ball image wityh that.
(And I assume that you could replace it with any number of other different things as well, such as the spinning Chaos Emeralds on Mimi's own profile.)

Yeah, watching it alone won't be an option for me until I'm free (although I doubt that Dad would watch it anyway), but I remember @cdog3789 (the other cdog, lol) telling me about that one, too.
