how do you get the background image to follow where the viewer scrolls? (i haven't learned advaced css yet so might as well start now)

My profile background is either black (DSi/3DS) or a gradient (PC/Mobile) depending on what you view it on

That's great! Hopefully it'll actually happen,and that if/when it does I'll be able to promote many new admins and work to improve and revive Paint.
