In high school, I had band for two years, 5 times a week too. But the director was kinda lazy, so we only practiced at most 3 out of 5 days.

Well, I'm going out for dinner. Talk later maybe. (:

I used to be a lot better at sight-reading, but not so much anymore. I just don't have a lot of time to practice during the week due to the fact that I have band class only twice a week and a lot stuff to do the rest of the week.

Flute? Nice, my sister plays flute--she's really good. :j I play clarinet, but I only have experience playing it in a concert band setting.

Wow, I've done all of those sports, except for cheerleading and marching band (though I almost did). I used to play a lot in high school, but my current classes are too time-consuming now. I still play occasionally, but I'm not on any teams.
