Well, same thing happens to me. You can't choose an icon that's your newest flip, idk why. Just choose any icon BEFORE the first one. It'll work then

To change icon a.k.a. the frog XD:
1. Go to the browser.
2. Login to Flipnote Hatena.
3. Go to creator's room.
4. Beside the frog, there's a list. Beside the word "Profile", it says edit. Tap (or click) on this.
5. Here you can change the icon, and add a description of yourself.

Note: I have tried and failed miserably at changing the description. Make sure it's acurate!! THIS IS VITAALLL!!
