Shines are EXTREMELY hard to find. The chance of getting them in the wild is like... 1/4000. I mean, you have to get REALLY Lucky to find one. (There are ways to get the rate down all the way to like, 1/1000 or 1/2000, something like that)

Legendaries are a bit more complicated. Uhh.. I can't think of all the locations atm. I'd reccomend going to Serbeii and reading up on the subject there. Although if you come on tomorrow or even a bit from now, I can probably russle you up a locations list.
