The legal Ra can be targeted by effects. All I need to do is defend against 1 attack, then I can summon Brionac, activate his ability, and bounce Ra back to the hand. Either you will be left with 100 LP since you activated Ra's ability, or Ra will be at 0 ATK if you didn't. So either I discard to bounce Ra back to the hand or attack it. Brionac is easy to summon with my Mist Valley deck, too.

There is a reason Brionac goes for $30 and Ra goes for less than $10.
