8 year olds? That sounds like a personal problem. It wouldn't be my fault, it would be their parents fault for not having control of their kids. Are you going to stop the whole world from cursing. And I dont care if your boss, what if an 8 year old curses, are you going to treat him like this? Learn some respect.
