Yeah, and if that doesn't work, I know an easy way to just fall asleep is to relax all your muscles, starting from your toes up, and just keep your eyes closed. Sleep comes pretty fast after that. Just if you need to reset your sleep patterns. Leave all your distractions out of the room. >.>
I have frightening dreams sometimes. Mostly they're cool looking though.
