Well you could have the sprite after and before the titles. Like

Oh, and more optional stuff:

Getting rid of avatars on comments:

[Style].avatar{display:none;}[/style]

Changing the titles text color:

[Style]td.title{color:red;}[/style]

And if you want the code to put an image before your profile (like on my profile where the Tiger is), I'll give you that.
