plainly "spoiler"
A customizable syntax like
this
would be preferred.
Images with alt text Although it's not needed all the time, including alt text for images would not only help accessibility, it would allow the user to infer the content of the image if it cannot load.
The syntax could be
[image=alt text]http://example.com/image.png[/image]
