I was still a child.

She was like my father, I saw her that way. I really did respect her. She saw the worst of me.

The very last time I tried to help her, she turned me away.

Like I didn't tell her that her boyfriend was a literal criminal (who stabbed my friend), and she still chose him over me. A boy she'd just met.

When he was picking on me, I saw how she turned away. I hope she felt guilty.

I'm so glad he got what was deserved. And I feel bad for her. I do, really, because I know how poor her mental state was. He probably used that.
