Special Info:He used to be a human but was transformed into a electric type dragon by the electric ring he found, then later he was given a fusion ring that caused another transformation, then a major incident during a thunderstorm transformed yet again, and during a situation, when he was serious about protecting a friend well, he transformed again! Now after a self-journy he transformed into his current(and final) form(With his human mind still working, don't ask me how), in which he has 2 pairs of thunderbolt shaped wings and 4 thunderbolts attached at the middle to the tip of his tail, in an X formation! There's a thunderbolt on both legs, both arms, and the back of his neck! He will go out of his way to help someone in trouble(who is either good or neutral)! His prefered gun is a railgun he found, which he can power. He can transform into his human self, but prefers to stay in his dragon form since he's weaker as a human.
