That question is ridiculous. The amount of licks it would take is not a set amount. It can vary greatly from person to person and tootsie pop to tootsie pop.

I don't care, and I'm terrible for voting at all on something I don't care about because it shows I cared only enough to be a jerk and say, "I don't care".
