What do you believe happened to the Draconids in the R/S/E version of Hoenn after they built Sky Pillar?

They all probably are still in Hoenn, but you just don't run into them in-game.

They all probably left the Hoenn region in that world, and are someplace else.

They all probably died out long ago, leaving only the Sky Pillar and (possibly) the Secret Base caves on Route 115 behind.

They probably never existed in that world, and some other group/entity built the Sky Pillar in that reality.
