As a tabletop game IRL, using a D10 (10-sided die) and a calculator.
As a tabletop game IRL, using a pair of D6s (6-sided dice) and a calculator.
As a chatroom game here on Paint, using the /rolldie command and a calculator.
As a video game, with all of the dice rolls and calculations done automatically.
I'd only be willing to play MoDBC if/when it gets made into a video game.
