What do you think about Angelicstarshadow (AKA "Star Shadow" or "Angela") banning DCTheGamr from the SDKPaint Community Discord server for a racist incident without any actual evidence that he was guilty?

He should be unbanned immediately, unless and until actual evidence has been presented proving his guilt.

He should be unbanned, and Angela should be demoted from her position as chatmod for letting her political views interfere with how she performs her job.

He shouldn't be unbanned, but Angela should publicly apologize for defaming him, or present evidence that he is actually guilty.

He shouldn't be unbanned, and Angela shouldn't have to present any actual evidence of his guilt because I trust her judgement.

I am too unfamiliar with the situation to say for sure what I think about it.
