Romley isn't the brightest crayon in the box. For a start, he isn't a crayon, and he was dropped on his head at the age of three. Five times.
He often gets jealous of people with belly buttons, not posessing one himself, and is an avid navel collector. His collection currently consists of 1792 individual belly buttons, ranging from all species of "innie" and "outie" to the rare and unique "lesser spotted dent."
