Jorge is a SPARTAN-II from Spartan Noble Team. Under the callsign Noble 5, he served in the Fall of Reach. He died detonating a bomb inside a Covenant ship, in a similar fashion to how the old Noble 6, Thom, was killed.
I did what I could, but I didn't have access to the right facial hair. I guess you could call this one "Young Jorge".
