Lord Vancipold Noclu IV is known as "The greatest conquerer of the Noclu empire", however no one knows that Vancipold is nothing more than a coward who is living a lie.
His bodygaurd is a shaptarn, highly skilled in battle, and capable of taking any form she chooses, Vancipold takes advantage of this and uses her as a "stand-in" durring battle.
His lack of bravery is matched only by his false pride and how deeply he believes he can do as he pleases without consiquences..
Upon first meeting with Captain Sheeba Quack of the I.P.R.C he became infatuated with her, and eventually comes under the delusion that she too is in love with him.
His favorite ways to threaten people include "i could have you executed in fourty seven galaxies JUST for that!", "I'll have you strung up by your ankles and fed to the _____!", or "PLEASE, think twice before messing with ME, if you value your life."
