We live our lives never knowing what comes next. Never knowing what tomorrow brings. We don't know how old we'll be when we die, we just hope that it will be when we are old. We hope that we can say we've lived to a ripe old age. But reality is: some of us will not say that. In 2006, I was 21 years old. I was sick, as usual, I was battling bronchitis. But I had chest pain with this bronchitis, which my Dr paid not much attention to. You see, that pain, it's a symptom of the illness. What my Dr. didn't know was that I was slowly dying & none of us knew it. My mom knew something was up. I'd had bronchitis so many times...never with chest pain. We went to the ER. HOURS LATER, I was told I had 17 blood clots in my lungs & if we had waited another 24 hours, They'd have woken up to find me DEAD. It was on October 27, 2006. It changed my life because it made me realize that anything can happen. Whether you're 15, 21, or you're 125...you never know what is coming.

I'd like my chat moderator powers to go to Katniss/Mrs. Lovett (which ever she's using at the time). You see, she is so loved around here, & she really deserves them.

As for my profile, I'd like everything left exactly as is. I'd like a freeze put on it so it can be viewed, but not commented on. I want mostly to be remembered for my blogs...my ability to write, & for my personality. So, I'd like for my blogs to be viewed & commented on.
