So I interviewed LIEUTENANT recently, just for fun, and this is what she had to say.

Me: What was your first admin job and how did you get it?

LIEUTENANT:My first admin job was Chat Moderator. Honestly, I got it because I asked for it. I mailed Savant one time when she was asking for admins. I told her about my avaliability, my home life... and why I felt I would be a good candidate for admin, mainly cause of my age and me being a mother. She told me she would consider it. And then one day is October I went into a chat and she was there. She asked me if I wanted chatmod, I said of course... BAM! My name was Pink.

Me: What do you love the most about the admin jobs that you have?

LIEUTENANT:Hmm.. I love being ChatMod. Not only because I get to ban people. But because I can help keep order in the rooms. I admit I can sometimes get a little immature too, but I like to think that is what makes me fun. I do get serious when it is called for and I only like banning when someone breaks the rules.

The second job I got was Secretary (HelpDesk). I like having that job because it allows me to help others when it is needed. Granted, some of the questions on the HelpDesk are idiotic and I want to just scream... I stil answer them the best I can. I'd like to think being here only 8 months, I have the knowledge of this site down pretty good.

The most recent job I acquired was Gameshow Host. I am still getting the hang of this one, but I like doing them so far. XD

Me: If you had the choice if having an admin that you don't currently have, witch one would you like to have?

LIEUTENANT:I would LOVE to have Blog. As you can see, I have recently been blogging a lot more with my interviews. I don't know what came over me. I am frequenting the featured blogs and reading all that catch my eye. I steer clear from the game reviews and 3DS blogs, because they frankly don't interest me. I like reading the creativity and heart that gets put into every short story.. and poem. Being that I write novels and poems myself.

Me: Whithout nameing any names, do you think some of the admins are corrupt?

LIEUTENANT: Oh absolutely. With any power... comes corruption. Some admins abuse their powers... Some ignore their obligations alltogether. But it is the admins that faithfully do their jobs, that are responsible and intelligent, that make the site great.

Me: What made you join DsiPaint?

LIEUTENANT: Hmm. When I got my DSi in August 2010, I was looking for chatrooms compatible for the DSi on the Web Browser. I clicked the first link which was DSiPaint. I first joined as VampChick4986. I got tired of people jumping on me bcause of my age, being called a pedo really hurts considering what I'VE been through. So I cancelled that account and made XxVampPrincessxX. A month later... I was admin. And I have been here ever since.

Me: Why did you change your username from XxVampPrincessxX to LIEUTENANT?

LIEUTENANT: That was actually a joke name. Since I was friends with COMMANDER I thought it would be funny to clone him. So I opted for the name LIEUTENANT. It was one of my alts at the time I was XxVampPrincessxX. When I was Vamp I raged at a user. I felt bad about it afterwards. So I wanted a fresh start. A new name. A new me. So I cancelled Vamp and messaged Savant. I asked her to transfer my ChatMod to LIEUTENANT. She did and I have used this name ever since.

Me: What would you like to see happen with DsiPaint? Why?

LIEUTENANT:I'd like to see the moral raised a bit. Too often do members come on here upset because of something that happened here. Whether it be bullying, harassment... or whatever you want to call it. This site is meant for users to have fun... and be happy... but as of late it doesn't seem that way. Admins and regular users alike, have issues with the site and/or people on it. I know, its a way of life and people will hurt other people. But come on... common sense in certain situtations is all you need to be respectful of others. I just want everyone to be considerate of others feelings because you don't know what kind of battles are being fought away from a DSi screen.

Me: In your opinion, do you think DsiPaint needs more admins? if yes, witch ones and why?

LIEUTENANT: Not really. I think we have enough admins for what needs to be regulated on the site. I have noticed recent promotions have been made for what Hull deems necessary. I'd like to take this moment to congratulate those admins who have been promoted... You deserve it. As far as NEW admins, I am not the one to say WHAT needs an admin, as I have seen all of the current ones doing their jobs very well.

Yes I am female. Also... I like doing my interview blogs. If you don't like them? Then don't read them. I WILL be interviewing more people, because I like doing it.
