(NOTE: I reposted this blog. Gleook and JAB should know why.)
Hello SDK. Today I will reviewing the famous game:FF7! This game was very famous for it's time; It's the first 3D Final fantasy! If you played this game back in 2000-2007, you'll feel a great feeling of nostalgia as we continue.
Story Line
You, the main character, are an Ex-SOLDIER named Cloud. SOLDIER is the miltary group for Shinra inc. Shinra is a company that produces Mako, a kind of energy that is formed out of lifestream. Lifestream is the raw energy flowing through the Planet. Every day, Shinra is sucking the lifestream out of the planet, and so, the Planet is slowly dying. Of course, the people of Midgar and in every other town, they think that the Planet will never die. So you are Cloud, a former SOLDIER trooper. You are apart of a rebel group called AVALANCHE, whose mission is to destroy the Mako reactors, and keep the planet living a little longer. So after you get out of Midgar, you learn a person by the name of Sephiroth is on the rise. He is the son of Jenova, the calamity from the skies. Sephiroth is planning on planning on summoning Meteor, an all-destructive spell that will kill the Planet. He must find this materia, and then summon it. So your mission is to stop Sephiroth and shinra from killing the Planet.

Gameplay
Gameplay for FF7 is like for every other FF. You can buy/ find weapons for your party members, and equip them. Magic/Abilities are found in the form of Materia. For example, if you have the Fire materia, you can cast Fire. if you level up your materia, then you can cast fire2, and then after fire3. This goes for Lightning, Ice, Steal, Cover, Summons, etc. You level up Materia the same way you level up normally. Certain materia rises/lowers your stats. For example, ice materai heightnes your Magic and magic defence, but lowers your Strength and Defence. but 4x Cut will do the opposite. So it's better to have a balance of Supportive and Magic materia.
When you battle, there is a bar on the bottom of the screen. In each row it has:
-Character Name
-Barrier strength
-Health/MP
-Limit Break(Special Attack. The more damage you take, the more progress you have towards unleashing it.)
-Wait time
So your party members and enemies take turns bashing each other out. When it's your characters turn, you can do whatever your materia lets you do. Like Magic, mug, etc.
(This is what a standerd battle looks like.)
Music
I honestly think the music in this game has the best soundtracks. They sound so vibrant, and I often find myself humming to them. Here is the full list of the soundtracks.

(one of the most impossible bosses in the game:Ruby Weapon.)
Misc..
Can be played on-PSX, PC, Itouch(Jailbroken)
The graphics in this game are blocky, but that definently does not take away from the game itself. There has been rumors about a remake of this game for PS3, but I go against it. The low graphics gives this game a homely feeling, just so...nostalgic.
Well that's all folks! i rate this a 9/10. See you all later!
