Barry: Hey Astra, thanks for your time.

Astra Moon: No problem, but I'm warning you-my answers tend to be very long, the chances of it being accepted are nil.

Barry: Haha, i'll be aware. So tell me, when did you discovered DSiPaint and how?

Astra Moon: April 6, 2010. I was on Hatena Flipnote (A prior, no-longer obsession) & saw something for DSiCade, I went there & was bored, immediately. I saw something for DSiPaint Demo, & used that for a good half-hour, lol. Then I realized how much fun I had painting, & I immeidately hit FULL & signed up, I've been here since.

Barry: Really? So you jumped from Hatena to Cade and eventually reached DSiPaint?

Astra Moon: Yes, In less then 24 hours once I found the link to Cade. I actually started splitting my time between Hatena & DSiPaint, but it wasn't long before I was so addicting here that I really couldn't be bothered checking Hatena. Now I'm lucky if I visit Hatena every couple months, lol.

Barry: Haha. Tell me, what feature made you stick to Paint?

Astra Moon: Honestly, there wasn't 1 feature, I think it was the site as a whole. It has everything I love, art (Paint), writing (blog), & talking (chat) & everyone was so nice, my staying was inevitable.

Barry: Ah, and could you name 3 of your first friends on Paint?

Astra Moon: I know one of my first close friends was Mrs. Lovett, who at the time was Ukyo Okinomiyaki, & soon after changed her name to Katniss, the acount which she abandoned to use Mrs. Lovett. Other then that, I honestly don't know-I was friendly with mostly everyone, as I've always been the past year I've been here.

Barry: Really? And since you became admin, did something changed?

Astra Moon: I'm still me, but people see a different side of me. I am, & always have been, a by-the-book type person. A details oriented, rule follower. I can be strict, many will tell you, too strict. I try to be lenient, but it's not who I typically am, so it's hard for me. And if a rule is broken, it bothers me, unless it's dealt with.

Barry: And you're name, how did you come up with it?

Astra Moon: It's my spiritual name. As many know, I'm wiccan, & (many of us) we actually choose a spiritual names that fit our personality. I went through quite a few before I settled on Astra Moon, which has a literal meaning of: star, moon. Which I chose because I love the moon, I love the night time, & I love the night sky.
