What is energy?

Energy anything and everything. Including us. Energy is the water in your cup, and the cup itself. Energy is flowing through the air (which is also made of energy) and surrounding us. When someone is sad, you cannot tell by the look on their face, but by their energy. Every living thing has its own "field" of energy. The reason why when someone puts their finger close to your nose it tickles is because their energy is hitting your nose and you can feel it. You can't feel your own energy because you are made up of it. Everything is energy.
