ISSUE
OK I'm receiving a large amount of mail asking me to A. Unban them because some "admin named SavantBot" banned them for "no reason" or B. Because they were hacked & the hacker wreaked havoc in a chatroom. So here are some tips. If either happens: SMASH YOUR DSI/WII/3DS & TOSS IT IN THE TRASH.
Look below if you want to know what to do.
SavantBot:
First of all, SavantBot (aka: SavBot) is not a person, but a robot. SavBot detects your IP. So if you are banned by this ROBOT that means that someone else in your house or in your neighborhood (a friend maybe?) has used your internet connection & your IP & was banned. When you tried to enter chat under YOUR name, SavBot detected an IP that was still banned & banned you. SavBot cannot detect differences in screennames, SavBot knows only your IP.
HACKING
If you have truly been hacked, then you can do1 of 2 things: Change your password to something more complicated. Or more drastically, disable the hacked account & make a NEW account. If you cannot get into your hacked account, follow the forgot password link sent to your email. If you have been banned because you were hacked, look below.
BANNED
If you've been banned by either SavBot or were hacked & banned by a regular ChatMod, DO NOT CONTACT ANOTHER ADMIN ASKING THEM TO UNBAN YOU most likely, they will say no. A ChatMod can NOT unban, we don't have that ability. Only a TERMINATOR can unban. If you contact a TERMINATOR to unban you, they will most likely say no without the original banners ok, or without good reason/proof that you didn't deserve the ban.

Please chatters, keep all this in mind & stop harrassing me & other admins about stuff that we canNOT help you with. I'll be more then happy to help you if I HAVE THE ABILITY to help. But if I can't, such as the situations listed above, I apologize.
