This was solved by a prodigal 4 year old on May 24th 2012.
You may have not heard of this before. This is cutting edge mathematics. All of this stuff is beyond even university level. It would greatly help mathematicians if they could work out what 1+1 equals.
Not even the greatest mathematicians have managed to solve this really hard problem. If mathematicians could solve this they would finally have solved all the maths problems ever encountered. Unfortunately it is also the hardest to solve.
Albert Einstein was the closest to discovering the answer but instead thought of the theory of relativity.
Fibonacci made a sequence to try and solve it but the rabbits cluttered his office. Newton had solved it before an apple hitting his head made him forget the answer. Riemann made an answer that no one could really prove.
It would be great if any of you could finally solve this über hard problem. It would really aid the mathematical community. It would allow us to do really great stuff like geometry and topology. It would enable us to realise the statical properties of a straight line.
Until then we'll never know what 1+1 is. However, if any of you have the slightest clue about what the answer is, the mathematical community would be extremely greatful.
We will end on this thought. If buttered toast lands buttered side down and cats always land on their feet, what side will a cat with buttered toast strapped (butter side up) onto it?
You're right. 1+1 is an incredible question. It is the basis of every single mathematical equation you will ever do. What is to define the value of one, plus another one? Why is one, one minus two? What is the reason one is made of 0.9+0.1 decimal places?
By the way, 1+1=Window.
Amazing! Only onme person got the correct, proven answer, and then they recalled it! Is it so hard to come to the conclusion that window is the true sum of the most violaitle math problem ever?!
Wikis are a prime example of the web semantic known as Web 2.0. Anyone can edit it, but anyone can undo any edits made easily with the undo edit link in the history, so there's no way to do permanent damage. >:p
I could tell this was satire from the get go. xD Too easy.
anyway, this blog is very similar to a situation near the end of Orwell's 1984. Very similar. o3o
