The first thing I want to mention is that by using the term "non-experiment" in this blog, I mean that it is something that didn't happen. This may or may not help you understand the rest of the blog.
So, myself and another party were discussing something about cows and whether or not they could toast bread. The other party can be referred to as "Raisons du Coeur", or a shorter form of the same name, "Raisons du Coeu".
Anyway, I had mentioned that I thought there hadn't been an experiment to prove this either way. So now the background of this is done.
The Non-Experiment So in this non-experiment, there were not ten cows that were expected to toast at least one of two slices of bread without any toasting devices across a timespan of five hours.
Did you understand that?
Logically, such a non-experiment would result in no toasted bread. And since it was a non-experiment, it did not produce any toasted bread. But if you think about an actual experiment set up similarly to the mentioned non-experiment, it makes sense. Cows don't toast bread without toasters.
BUT
What if there were a non-experiment that again didn't have ten cows? And the cows were not expected to toast at least one of two slices of bread with a toasting device (Namely, a toaster.)? Cows wouldn't have to toast bread themselves if they were to have a toaster.
Certainly, if there were actually an experiment like this, it would help if the cows knew they were supposed to toast the bread using a toaster. But it's not exactly easy to teach a cow quickly to use a toaster.
So in this particular non-experiment setup, there was not a result of toasted bread.
So anyway, since there hasn't actually been an experiment that I know of involving ten cows and bread, it has not specifically been scientifically proven whether cows can toast bread or not!
