Here are some codes I've learned. Make sure you remove ALL spaces and apostrophes.

Way Behind The Biography

[ style ]BODY{background: (color, hex, or url here) !important;} [ /style ]

Comments Section

[ style ]textarea{background: (color, hex, or url here) !important;} [ /style ]

To make the text in any area a certain color, just type this after the semicolon at the end of the code: {color: (color or hex here)!important; Make sure you put in a bracket after the semicolon!
