Hi. Hi. Hi.
Hi.
It's me.
Yeah.
Bob. That idiot. Bet you missed me.
I haven't been on Paint lately because I've been sucked into a new addiction. League of Legends.
Yes, I am advertising a PC Game on a Nintendo Site, but before you downvote me into oblivion, hear me out.
League of Legends is a fast paced MMOBA (Massive Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) that involves strategy, quick thinking, and good reflexes. Beware, this game is not for the casual gamer, no no no. This game is for those of you who seek a new addiction. This game is even considered a professional sport according to the US Government. The game is very much based on skill and teamwork. A person who has just started the game but has great synergy with his partners may beat a team of people who've played for years but lack the skill to work together. Playing longer or being a higher level doesn't give you a giant advantage.
The game is split up into 3 Lanes and a Jungle in between the lanes. There are 3 Turrets on each side's lane and then an inhibitor after the 3rd turret. Now you're in the enemy's base. After 2 more turrets you're at the nexus, the ultimate objective.
There are 5 champions in each team, each with a unique playstyle and moveset. Each champion does best in a specific lane. Ideally, in the current meta, you want a tank in the top lane, and a fighter in the jungle. Then you want either a mage or assassin in the middle lane, while there's almost always a Marksman and support on the bottom.
Games are about 30-40 minutes long. Everyone starts at level 1 and can grow to level 18, buying items along the way. The goal is to destroy the enemy nexus.
The game is completely free and very addicting. The community has its fair share of trolls, but you can meet new friends and form a cool sappy marksman support lover relationship.
Also, if you guys want, we can set up a 2v2 tournament in League. Comment if interested.
That's all for now, I hope you get LoLing.
~Samurai Bob.
Huh. I thought League was more like WoW, but I guess not.
Soup forbid I become addicted to this game

WoW is an MMO, games where you spend a while farming for loot and players with a higher level have a distinct advantage. Think of LoL as say, I hate to make this analogy, a FPS Online Game. You enter a match, play, and leave. A kid who just started could demolish the best player in the world if he had the skills in LoL.
