Hey SDKers,
I'm just one of those mario kart addicts that are trying to get into Debug Mode on it.
I know the first part (Freezing the game)
Here are the steps.
1.Go into any mode
2. Select any character
3. Go on luigi's mansion
4. Go to the steps right before the enterance
5.Press and hold A+B then press Left/right (Not sholder)
The game should freeze.
Now all I need is the button combo to enter it.
This will help anyone who wants to figure out any problems/causes to problems with the game. If you find it, post it here! Then you will by glorified by the internet for being the first to find it!

I found someone who used it, name ima hakr, he used cheats hidden in the hex codes on the bottom screen.

@tehjew1 i raced agaist the same guy! he shot a lightning every second the whole race, i didn't finish a lap and he finished all 3!

on topic though: whats debug mode, never heard of it...

Interesting, I never knew about that. Maybe it is a debug mode or maybe not. It could just be a glitch.

It does exist. Why would it freeze in that place only when you do that? And see videos on youtube of people getting in debug mode. They point out it's freezing (on ds games) to access it.

teh - no, it is a hack,

i dont think There is a debug mode, i know we can get in test stages with action replay codes, i can do it with my acekard, they are just blank stages with messed up botton screen map and without textures

ah. though i've lost this game, i remember trying this glitch with my friend in multiplayer. how do you know it's the first part into getting into debug mode? once i was on wifi i played against some guy who summoned like 10 mini rays(the electro-bolt) in one second...is that debug mode?
