Statistics show that half of the homes in the United States own and Apple device, and the numbers are only getting bigger. Whether it be an iPod, Macbook, iMac, iPhone, or an iPad, you are included. In fact, you might even be reading this off of one right now. I'm even typing this on a Macbook Pro (but I'm not American).
With this being said, assuming you do actually own an Apple device, I can guarantee you will have at least one of the things on these lists.
Apple has revealed their top (most downloaded) apps, games, films, music and books of 2013. I'm only going to list the top 5 of each, though, and I'll post a link to my source at the bottom of the blog if you wanna see the rest.
Movies
This (as well as games) are basically the only things I download. I prefer reading physical books than eBooks, and I get my movies and music elsewhere.
1. Skyfall
2. Iron Man 3
3. Django Unchained
4. Star Trek into Darkness
5. Argo
I've seen all of those except Star Trek into Darkness, and let me just say that Argo is a FANTASTIC movie. Seriously one of the best I've ever seen.
Books
The books are divided into two categories: fiction and non-ficton. Here are the top three for each.
Fiction:
1. Entwined With You - Sylvia Day
2. Inferno - Dan Brown
3. Gone Girl - Gillian Flynn
Non-Fiction:
1. The Fast Diet - Michael Mosley
2. Alex Ferguson My Autobiography - Alex Ferguson
3. The Secret - Rhonda Byrne

5. La La La (feat. Sam Smith) - Naughty Boy
You've probably heard all of them. La La La by Naughty Boy would be my favorite.
