So, I figured seeing as the site looks like it's dying, let's make something to remember it by if it does pass away. On the flipside, also something to attract new users who might get a DS for Christmas!

I write this with a New 3DS on DSiPaint.com (because I can).

What I'm thinking (though it's been done once or twice before here) is a community quilt, like TacoRocco has been doing since 2011 until he handed it to Gleeok, who has also become inactive. (Sadly, the 2013 quilt never came to be.)

The difference with my one is that your square(s) can be paintings, screenshots, photos, selfies with your DS, drawings, any memories you may have of this site that you can put into photo form, really.

Also, to make this the biggest and best quilt yet, I'll be changing things up a little.

- You can submit more than one square.

- I will be including TacoRocco's quilts.

- Images can be any size - I can scale them up or down if necessary.

- The result will be a very high-quality image - each square (well, tile) will be at least 160x160 pixels (the size of a DSiPaint painting) up to 256x256 pixels, and for a select few 512x512!

- I will make a website for the quilt, where you can import squares from your *Paint collection (using HullBreach's SDK Community API) or upload them, and view uploaded stuff and the final quilt.

- Once I have made the quilt, you will be able to keep uploading your tiles, so as to preserve as many memories of Paint as possible, which may be included in future quilts.

- I will try to produce an MPO (3D picture) of the result, so 3DSPaint paintings and 3D images submitted will pop out.

So, with this project, I hope we will have something to remember SDK by for many many years to come, even after the last user signs out.
