I'm used to homework everyday, and trust me it's not nearly as bad as you might believe. It just goes to show no one knows how to put forth effort these days.

u hav like 6 hours to do like 1 piece of homework for no more than 6 classes, how can u coomplain?!
and FYI, homework is used to find out if u GET THE LESSON. its for ur own good. not torture.

I think homework helps us learn... it helps us understand the lesson... but I don't think it's right to have homework for each subject every night. I think (for acedemic classes), you should have Math/English ine day, and Science/ Social Studies the next day. So, it doesn't feel liek you're doing the same thing over and over again, every single day. ...But that's just my opinion. .-.

Those kids protesting their homework show how crappy the public education system in the US has become. I seeker a challenge in school, so I went into the International Baccalaureate program, which has a curriculum on par with other first-world countries. My nightly homework averaged about 3 hours. The classes were all challenging. My reward? I had an entire year of college already covered at graduation and was more than prepared for college classes. I was even able to recycle several essays from high school into coleus. :-)

As for these kids in Findlay: They sound like spoiled brats who think you should get by on the least amount of work to succeed. Just wait until they get into the workforce with this attitude. "Would you like fries with that?"

Anyways, in my opinion, i don't mind if teachers leave us homework everyday. As long as there's a limit on the amount of homework they leave us.
