My name is Daniel Hutchens. I am the founder and, unfortunately, the only administrator of the following websites:
* DSiLibrary - A Library of Fun for the DSi (http://dsi-library.phn.me)
* GoldenDSi - No Slogan (http://goldendsi.phn.me)
* and DSiKingdom - No Slogan (http://dsi-kings.phn.me).

I am searching for about two more admins and at least four mods. If you'd like to become one, reply to this, or go to http://dsi-library.phn.me and select the "ADMINS WANTED!" link on the Sitemap page.

Yea, php is better. XML can't protect your website from being breached, or banning users, or probably even making a shoutbox.
