From what I read and understand, the game will be available on both DSi and 3DS. So there shouldn't be transfer issues. For those who are confused about the exact release time, nothing specific was mentioned, so my best guess is around midnight GMT (but probably a little after).

12:22 am est. and still is not up on the DSiWare. Which is makeing believe as said that it will be released on thursday as all DSiWare games are.
