No, but the DSi top buttons are capable of getting stuck. So you must blow in it often. On my DSi XL, it`s different material to avoid it getting stuck. Amen.
Hey guys, I found a way to fix L & R Buttons even better than blowing.
Step 1: Place your DSi, preferably in a case of sorts, in your backpack.
Step 2: Place a plastic water bottle with a horrible cap that flips open randomly right on top, horizontally, of your DSi+Case.
Step 3: Make sure the bottle leaks on the DSi and seeps in, damaging it internally.
Step 4: Take a rag that you have in your backpack and towel it off frantically on the bus, then later at home, try cutting off the battery backing[to no avail] to try and salvage the battery.
Step 5: Wait another 7 hours and then, turn it on. The L & R Buttons will work quite well.
[Note I didn't do this intentionally, it just sorta happened Wednesday. My DSi actually got soaked through-and-through, and 12 hours later, it worked perfectly again, buttons and all. oFTo]
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
