I am so mad I bought eyes,noses, clothes,mouthes and when I went to go use them to make a savii it wasnt there and I cant buy it again I dammand for immediant attention to this problem.

I do recall a few similar stories of mishap. To be absolutely sure about the damages:
- Check your Savii point and/or buck count to be certain you did actually buy the part(s).
- Carefully flip through every single panel in the Savii Creator.
- Switch the initial gender and try again because some parts are gender-specific.

If none of that helps, leave a note at the Helpdesk under "Complaints".

In the future, to avoid things like this, only purchase a single item at a time, then check the Savii Creator so as to minimise any potential losses.
