This is the Current Events forum, and the Hurricane in general has been gone already. But I believe there's damage still to keep up on and discuss, mainly flooding of which that many have had problems with.
Speaking of semi hurricanes. I'm waiting to see how much rain tropical storm Lee will bring, as it has been pouring down rain in the sothern areas.
Still continue, there's also Hurrican katia (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling) coming up but will turn off the east-coast as currently being predicted. It's a cateogory 3 a couple miles off the bahamas already, so i'm sure it'll strengthen, just not much. So i'll wait and see.

For me, Irene was so anti-climatic. I moved ALL of my stuff out of my room into the attic, and all I got was a few gusts and barely and rain. I was pissed beyond belief, because I had to move my 30 gallon fish tank up two flights of stairs...
