The simplest answer is that website design cannot be conducted solely with a DSi. Closest things are onmbl and wapka.mobi and the like, and most know how very limited and "cookie-cutter", not to mention troublesome, those hosts are.

Everyone takes a liking to different hosts, the 'best' host would be a paid one, but there are pretty good free hosts.

Any ideas on how to host a website based on Apache Tomcatin a way that a DSi can see it? I tried Microsoft Azure and it doesnt seem to work.
