Told you all... Didn't listen... Those high numbers in chatrooms are rare... And the rp rooms did give a boost in activity... Face it. Rp rooms where this sites crutch... I never came for chatting. Only rping

Ree, RPing was NOT important because the last few months before they were removed, NOBODY EVEN USED THEM. RPing is not this site's crutch, it's YOUR crutch.

With the chatroom cutbacks, there was motive to be had. Four rows of mostly vacant chatrooms were a waste of space.

Unfortunate to see the language rooms go, but they were undoubtedly the least used rooms. They never truly fostered or attracted foreign language. The roleplay rooms, we could have lived with one. Used to see a little group there every so often. The themed rooms, which if not "reserved", can be used as any other room. These in particular are unimportant in my mind; if the need arises, why not allow chat mods to activate them when necessary? And the regular rooms, perhaps even three is plenty. Those Twiiter compatibility things remain inconsequential to tweak.

Ideally, I would have liked 3 normal rooms, 1 roleplay room, and 1 toggling event room. Balance is needed for a good level of activity.

I see.. That would be nice, and yes rping wasn't this sites crutch, but enough scapegoating.. This sites activity in the main chatrooms, you know, the whole gimick of this site, is not good

What's a DSi again?

99% of the things she's saying to you she said to me before, so don't feel so special.

Since this era's users are leaving DsiPaint..etc why not get new users to replace the old ones and keep adding new features that will attract new users/keep them

I agree and would add that 3DSPaint should be the focus of updates right now. 3DS is where most of the newcomers come from. Even now, a bunch of things on 3DSPaint are unfinished, and that certainly doesn't help its appeal. As for staying power, since DSiPaint still has the majority of hits, best keep them around by updating it alongside 3DSPaint. Making the two sites' features diverge is not a good idea.

Post personal introspection, the DSi dies when all online functionality is discontinued. In other words, when both the DSi Shop and DSi browser shut down. I think it's that simple.
